US USAnother reviewer said this and I'm basically echoing it: the backpack is perfect in every way for what I want it to be, except for the main zipper, which gets stuck an awful lot. I don't think I'd change a single other thing.
MOVery happy that using the bag in my everyday life. I like it is think, light, the size is not too big bit too small. basically I can put everything I need in the bag, 15inch MacBook , power source, and a book.
CHI like the design and the light footprint. But what bothered me on day 1 still bothers me today. The left zipper keeps getting stuck on the fabric when pulling up to close the bag. I have to be extra careful with that every time otherwise I'm stuck untangling the zipper from the fabrig of the bag. That was and remains quite the annoyance.
United StatesI like the hideaway back strap that tucks into the built-in compartment.There are couple of flat metal rod/shank sewn in that runs vertically along the bag to give it rigidity and support.Also the rubber-like liner material within the dividers provides cushion and protection to the laptopbut along with the metal shank, it does add bid of heft to the bag.Thus, the bag feels slightly heavier than it looks.The exterior has only one zippered pocket that runs vertically along the backside, giving it clean, minimalistic appearance.When you want something more than a briefcase but not quite the full size backpack to carry around your laptop,this one checks all the boxes for me.
United StatesThis bag is perfect for the minimalist. I live in NYC and this bag is perfect to get around with on public transit. Very well constructed and thought out. It’s holds everything from my 15” laptop, to a book, a water bottle and even a spare shirt. The designers did a great job of organization with several interior pockets that can hold all your little knickknacks like pens, keys, chargers and many misc. items. And most amazing it holds it's structure, empty or full.Being at 13L it's super comfy on the back. Side note, I use this as a supplement to my larger 28liter back pack but this little guy gets it done!
NLI had found the backpack via Daring Fireball and thought about ordering too long, so the code DF15 was not valid anymore. I nevertheless still ordered, as the backpack looked fine. It took a few days to process the order, but after that things went slow but smoothly. It just takes some time for a backpack to travel from Hongkong to the Netherlands, I guess. The backpack itself is fine, good quality, and I really like it.
United States NLsufficient zippers for getting my little stuff organized, very clever straps that can disappear in the back. Solid protection for a laptop. Excellent backpack for business nomads.
CHI love my bag! I used to have bigger backpacks, but this one is really the ideal size for daily commute. The clean & simple design is really nice. The only thing I miss a little bit, is a small pocket at the top, to carry small items. The large vertical zipper pocket on the front does the job, but sometimes it's hard to find small things there.
